Do you know the main points to focus on in a term sheet negotiation?
How about the deal points you can afford to not worry about? What
terms change to reflect market conditions and what typically remain
unchanged? Why is getting a term sheet so important?
BioE2E presents a hands-on workshop focusing on term sheets, finance
negotiation, and closing an early financing round. We review common
terms found on most terms sheets and discuss the ways those terms can
favor the investor, the entrepreneur, or lie on neutral ground. The
discussion will include common pitfalls and misunderstandings
regarding term sheets and early financing negotiation.
Networking session will follow.
