Entrepreneurs are often disappointed at the low valuations their company receives from VCs, and puzzled by the effects of the public equity markets on valuation of private companies. In this session we will discuss how the public markets value biotechnology companies, and the impact that events in public markets have on valuations that VCs give to companies.

Networking session will follow.
