With market conditions finally improving, BioE2E continues the dialog on what it takes to obtain first rounds of finance. Our speakers are entrepreneurs, many also with venture investment experience, who will discuss what it takes for early-stage deals to attract investment. Specifically they will comment on our view that:

Early-stage deals attract investment when...

  • The company has multiple shots on goal
  • There are well-defined milestones that enhanced value
  • The results of the series A investment will be highly attractive to series B investors
  • They have a great team who
       - Have brought products to market,
       - Have made investors money, and
       - Work effectively at multiple jobs simultaneously.
  • The corporate board is composed of individuals who
       - Have brought products to market and/or
       - Are successful CEOs and/or
       - Have made great money for investors

    Networking session will follow.
