"Make it or break it" - the destiny of a biotech company is often determined by its early-stage product deals. BioE2E continues the dialog on:

  • What are the best practices for putting together a credible valuation for a product deal?
  • How to leverage that valuation in support of partnering decisions, corporate valuation for new investment or acquisition?
  • Invited consultants and veterans from small biotech companies transitioning to fully integrated drug development companies will share their experiences. They will illustrate with actual cases the potential pitfalls and the key drivers for a successful product deal. They will also discuss how they have helped innovative young companies to achieve their potential through a unique combination of asset valuation, product development strategy, and value-based deal negotiations.

    Networking session will follow.
